Eri brings a wealth of experience and resilience to the forefront of her leadership. Being raised between USA, Japan and Hong Kong, her diverse background and ability to adapt laid the foundation of her unique values.
She began her career at a global ad agency producing Apple commercials in Los Angeles, where she first gained insights into the world of advertising & marketing. She was inspired by the announcement of the Olympics hosted at her home country, and took a sports marketing role for the Tokyo Olympics.
In 2020, faced with the challenges posed by the pandemic, she seized the opportunity to pivot her career in the tech industry as a Product Manager. After seeing crucial gaps and needs in the sports & events industry, she was determined to make an impact as a female founder in Tokyo and founded menux.
